This brochure was created as part of successful efforts to lobby the Alberta provincial government for a tax credit for the interactive digital media industry. Our goal was to highlight the size and impact of the industry as well as BioWare’s local contributions.
It also positioned the games industry as a future growth sector for the province during a time when the government was looking for ways to pivot away from a natural resource-reliant economy.
I wrote the brochure and helped create the strategy behind it, while a team member did the design.
In addition to this brochure, I also wrote multiple press releases, arranged interviews, and helped organize local events for politicians and members of the business community.
